This is exactly the kind of log cabin you could instantly fall in love with. The rugged exterior shows a build quality that will last for years, while the cheeky spot of color on the window frames gives the cabin its own quirky character.
This rustic cabin is listed as a vacation rental on Glamping Hub. It is located in upstate New York in the forest of Adirondack Park. This no-nonsense log cabin has a clean and simple interior, but the private deck out back overlooking Lake Pleasant is truly awe-inspiring. Take a peek.

Inside the cabin, we immediately feel at home. It's so warm and inviting. The home has a very simple layout but is solid and robust.
The living room is a simple, sociable space with two sofas separated by a coffee table, inviting conversation. As day turns to night, the wood-burning stove will add a pleasant warmth to this romantic setting.
One of my favorite spaces in log cabins is the kitchen. This one doesn't disappoint. The modern appliances are useful, but the tones in the unpainted cabinetry keep it rustic.
The cabin has a lot of air with a cathedral ceiling and open loft space. The solid logs are a gorgeous feature whichever direction you look in.
The loft space houses the master bedroom, which immediately invokes the romance of the log cabin lifestyle. Waking with the smell and sights of the woods — amazing!
The bedroom is a quiet retreat-within-a-retreat despite being open to the room below. A number of skylights add an injection of light to the interior.
The log cabin lifestyle is all about living outside, and this beautiful wooden home offers an abundance of outdoors space to complement your vacation. The large deck attached to the house has loungers, a dining set and a barbecue grill.
